In this role, you will provide critical IT support for our teams both in the field and the regional Dallas office. This on-site position requires in-person support due to the hands-on nature of the role, making remote work unavailable. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing efficiency, reducing downtime, and aligning with Rogers-O’Brien’s strategic objectives.Skills & QualificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred; equivalent experience considered3–5 years of relevant IT support experience requiredCompTIA A+ or Tech+ certification preferred for validating foundational IT skillsAbility to meet company driving requirements to operate a company vehiclePhysical capability to lift up to 20 lbs and adapt to changing work environmentsStrong critical thinking skills to effectively analyze and resolve IT issuesExceptional communication skills are essential for clear interactions with users and vendorsResponsibilitiesDeploy and support workstations, hardware, and network setups at jobsites and offices to ensure seamless IT operationsProvide on-site support for technical issues that cannot be resolved remotely, ensuring minimal disruption to field activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues such as VPN, remote tools, and ISP problems to maintain uninterrupted serviceLead equipment setup, repairs, replacements, and IT demobilizations to facilitate efficient jobsite transitionsConduct field visits to assess equipment and system performance, ensuring reliability and operational readinessSupervise IT interns during mobilizations and training, fostering skill development and effective team supportCoordinate with project teams and identify improvement areas with IT leadership to enhance overall IT processesApply for this positionAutofill from resumeSave time by uploading your resume.
