WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Provide on-site field support for our partners, direct Panasonic customers and end customers in the event of any technical problemsSupport product commissioning on siteSupport new customers during the first pre-commissioning visit on-site and guarantee correct system set upProvide central technical support for the service-partner-network and end customers in the assigned regionIdentify technical issues and develop solutions as the first level of escalation after the call centre and service-partners have been involvedTrain and support new installers on siteProvide technical field support across the Adriatic region, including Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Slovenia. Travel within the region will be requiredThis role combines on-site customer support across the region with office-based work in our Zagreb office

- Identify technical issues and develop solutions as the first level of escalation after the call centre and service-partners have been involved
- Train and support new installers on site
- Provide technical field support across the Adriatic region, including Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Slovenia. Travel within the region will be required

Technical education in refrigeration, heating, air conditioning, or similar field3–5 years of relevant experience in a technical/field-based roleStrong understanding of heating and cooling systems (hydraulics, regulations, standards)Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skillsGood communication skills and ability to work independentlyGood command of English, both written and spokenWillingness to travel frequently
- Technical education in refrigeration, heating, air conditioning, or similar field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a technical/field-based role
- Strong understanding of heating and cooling systems (hydraulics, regulations, standards)
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel frequently
