Troubleshooting of air conditioning system equipment, air conditioning equipment system operation and maintenance, system improvement for stability, reliability, and safety, provide idea about improvement of energy saving, water saving, and waste reduction, system expansion execution, etc. Air conditioning system (Clean room environment, Process exhaust, Chilled water system, CDA/PCDA/PV, Boiler etc.) troubleshooting, air conditioning equipment system operation, maintenance and expansion work, Budget control etc. Air Conditioning System stability, reliability & safety improvement etc. Sustainability (Emission reduction, Energy saving, Water saving & Waste reduction) improvement etc. Department Intro: Our facilities department is dedicated to developing world-class mechanical solutions that set the bar for excellence. Position Overview: We are looking for an ambitious Mechanical Engineer to join our outstanding team in Taiwan. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to work on brand new projects, ensuring the stability, reliability, and safety of our air conditioning systems. Your work will be crucial to the success of our sustainability initiatives and overall operational excellence. Responsibilities: 1\. Troubleshoot and maintain air conditioning systems, including process exhaust, chilled water systems, CDA/PCDA/PV, PCW, MAU and boilers etc.. 2\. Coordinate the operation, maintenance, and expansion of air conditioning equipment systems. 3\. Manage budget control and ensure efficient solutions. 4\. Improve system stability, reliability, and safety through continuous improvement efforts. 5\. Improve sustainability, focusing on emission reduction, energy and water savings, and waste reduction. Qualifications & Skills: 1\. Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining complex mechanical systems. 2\. Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 3\. Ability to successfully implement improvements to improve system reliability and efficiency. 4\. Strong collaborative skills with a curiosity about working in cross-functional teams. 5\. Proficiency in budget management and cost control practices. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within a clean room environment. Demonstrated experience with air conditioning systems and sustainability projects. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is highly desirable.
