With our collaborative culture and dedication to excellence, you'll thrive and grow as we compete on the global stage. ## ## Key Responsibilities In your role as a Facility Engineer at Micron, you will: * Ensure the smooth functioning and upkeep of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. * Plan and coordinate construction, renovations, and maintenance projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. * Develop and put into action rigorous safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine facility requirements and develop innovative solutions. * Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. * Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. * Apply proven project management skills to successfully implement facility upgrades and improvements. ## ## Qualifications We are looking for individuals who possess: * A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar area. * A minimum of 3 years’ experience in facility management or a comparable position. * Solid understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. * Strong project management expertise demonstrated by successfully managing several projects concurrently. * Demonstrated history of effectively carrying out facility upgrades and improvements. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to consistently follow safety protocols and procedures. * Proficiency with facility management software and tools. ## ## Why Micron At Micron, we believe in encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment where every team member's contributions are valued.
