Key Responsibilities: * Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards across all electrical activities. * Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems ranging from 230kV to Low Voltage, including emergency generators, UPS systems, and power quality equipment. * Support commissioning and startup of new electrical systems and infrastructure upgrades. * Identify and fix electrical problems using structured troubleshooting steps or procedures. * Conduct risk assessments and FMEA to identify and mitigate potential system failures. * Maintain accurate documentation of electrical systems, maintenance records, and compliance reports. * Mentor junior technicians and participate in technical training programs to elevate team capabilities. * Support deployment of SMART diagnostics tools and digital systems to improve maintenance efficiency and system intelligence. Qualifications: * Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification. * Experience: Minimum 2+ years in electrical maintenance and operations within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments. * Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems, electrical schematics, and safety codes. Familiarity with ETAP, IEC standards, and predictive maintenance tools is a plus. * Communication: Effective communicator with strong teamwork and documentation skills. * Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively. * Approach: Proactive, safety-conscious, and committed to continuous improvement.
