Key Responsibilities / 主要職責 * Monitor and operate electrical systems across High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Low Voltage (LV) networks to ensure stable and reliable power supply. 監控並操作高壓、中壓及低壓電力系統，確保電力供應穩定可靠。 * Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for electrical equipment, including 161kV substations, transformers, switchgears, emergency generators, and UPS systems. 執行電力設備的例行檢查、預防保養及故障排除，涵蓋161kV變電站、變壓器、開關設備、緊急發電機及UPS系統。 * Respond promptly to electrical alarms and emergencies, ensuring minimal impact on production and safety. 迅速應對電力警報及緊急狀況，確保對生產及安全的影響降至最低。 * Support commissioning and start-up activities for new electrical installations and system upgrades. 協助新電力設備安裝及系統升級的試車與啟動作業。 * Maintain accurate logs and reports of electrical system status, incidents, and maintenance activities. 維護電力系統狀態、事件及維護活動的準確紀錄與報告。 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve power quality issues and implement corrective actions. 與跨部門團隊合作，解決電力品質問題並執行改善措施。 * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and site-specific safety and operational standards. 確保符合ISO 9001、IATF 16949及廠區安全與操作標準。 * Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance system reliability. 參與TPM全員生產保養及持續改善計畫，以提升系統可靠度。 * Operate SCADA systems, retrieve abnormal data trends, and perform fault interpretation for electrical equipment and power systems. 操作SCADA系統，撈取異常數據曲線並進行故障判讀，適用於電氣設備及電力系統。 Qualifications / 資格要求 * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (required). 電機工程或相關領域學士學位（必須）。 * 3–5 years of experience in electrical systems operation and maintenance; semiconductor or advanced manufacturing experience preferred. 具3–5年電力系統操作與維護經驗；具半導體或先進製造業經驗者優先。 * Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, or other science and engineering disciplines, are welcome to apply. 歡迎大學以上電機工程或相關領域、理工相關科系畢業新人應徵。 * Familiar with HV/MV/LV systems, emergency generators, UPS systems, and Taiwan Power Company interface. 熟悉高壓/中壓/低壓系統、緊急發電機、UPS系統及台電介面。 * Ability to perform troubleshooting under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively. 具壓力下故障排除及有效應對緊急狀況的能力。 * Basic knowledge of SMART monitoring systems and predictive maintenance tools is a plus. 具SMART監控系統及預測性維護工具基本概念者佳。 * Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills; basic English proficiency preferred. 具高度責任感、團隊合作及溝通能力；具基本英文能力者佳。 * Willingness to work in shifts and handle on-call duties as required. 願意配合輪班及必要的待命工作。 Job Profile(s): Facilities Engineer 2 Relocation level: (TBD) Before Getting Started Please review Micron’s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
