PEE is also in charge of continuously process/hardware related optimization to enhance the products’ quality, improve the yield, reduce the cost as well as maximize the capacity output (wafer per hours output). In WET Process, PEE will equip both process and equipment knowledge, using various kinds of chemicals, gas or vapors to achieve best “particle/contaminates removal” and “film removal” for semiconductor wafer production. The technical knowledge and soft skills would be developed throughout the learning journey with collaboration with all departments and contribute to better Micron memories. Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop and improve process condition and technology. • Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. • Establish and modify process management projects. • Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. • Evaluation, promotion, and planning of new equipment / materials. • Abnormal analysis and improvement.
