Exploration Geologist (lithium / GIS / Portuguese) - Minas Gerais, Brazil

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Exploration Geologist to support our client's lithium exploration projects in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have experience in pegmatite-hosted lithium systems and a strong understanding of early-stage to advanced-stage exploration in hard rock environments. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field mapping, sampling, core logging, and structural interpretation of lithium-bearing pegmatites.Collaborate with geoscience and technical teams to develop drill targets and optimize exploration programs.Assist in managing contractors and exploration logistics in remote field conditions.Compile, analyze, and interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data.Contribute to resource estimation processes and technical reporting under international standards (NI 43-101 or JORC).Ensure compliance with local environmental, safety, and permitting regulations.Engage with local stakeholders and maintain high standards of responsible exploration.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology or Geological Engineering.Minimum 5 years’ experience in hard rock exploration, with a strong focus on lithium (spodumene-rich pegmatites).Experience with GIS, Leapfrog, and geological modeling software.Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.Strong understanding of ESG principles and community engagement.BenefitsBased in Minas Gerais, with frequent travels to field sites.We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Exploration Geologist to support our client's lithium exploration projects in Brazil.
