Does my executive have the context they need for their next meeting to be successful?You'll manage where your executive focuses their attention, not just the time in their calendars. When dozens of priorities compete for focus, you'll know which deserves time now and which can wait. You'll prepare high-value interactions so your leader shows up informed and ready to make an impact.You'll bring operational excellence and ingenuity. You'll operationalize visions, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and create structure in chaos—all without needing to be told how.
