Your Impact

As Executive Assistant, you will be a highly trusted, proactive and commercially aware partner to our Chief People & Corporate Affairs Officer and Chief Legal Officer; helping their offices operate with clarity, pace and discipline. You will anticipate what is needed, protect preparation time and keep actions, deadlines and reporting moving across the People & Corporate Affairs and Legal portfolios.

This is a fast-paced, complex and changing environment, so you will need to enjoy high-volume, transactional workflows, remain calm and emotionally steady under pressure, and be motivated by creating structure, improving process and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own complex diary, meeting, event and travel coordination across two executive portfolios.
  • Coordinate meeting materials, actions, deadlines and detailed monthly legal-matter reporting.
  • Anticipate needs, resolve conflicts and protect executive focus and preparation time.
  • Coordinate highly sensitive organisational and legal activity with absolute discretion and careful judgement.
  • Build trusted relationships across executive offices and leadership teams.
  • Improve practical systems, templates and working rhythms.

About You

  • Proven experience supporting two senior or C-suite executives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation, with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Clear, confident communication and mature stakeholder judgement.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 capability, including confidence with detailed Excel-based reporting.
  • A calm, emotionally steady and adaptable working style, with the confidence to stay composed when priorities shift quickly.
  • Confidence working in a hands-on, execution-focused role where priorities may change quickly.
  • A process-driven, forward-thinking mindset and a genuine love of operational excellence, structure and continuous improvement.
