Job description

Must Haves

• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines • Basic administrative experience with strong organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook (email and calendar), Word, Excel, and basic SharePoint • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools, including project management and training platforms • Highly reliable with excellent attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow established processes • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle repetitive administrative tasks accurately and efficiently

Nice to Haves

• Experience using CRM systems, project management tools, or workflow automation platforms • Previous executive support experience, with confidence in supporting senior leaders and managing priorities • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify process improvements and resolve issues independently
