ETL Tester

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior QA / ETL Testing Lead with strong expertise in data warehouse and ETL testing. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to lead teams across onsite and offshore models, and hands-on experience validating large-scale enterprise data systems.Key ResponsibilitiesReview business and technical requirements and prepare detailed test plansDevelop and execute ETL test plans, test cases, and test scriptsValidate data mappings, transformations, and loading processesPerform various types of ETL testing including:Metadata TestingData Completeness TestingData Accuracy TestingData Transformation TestingData Quality TestingInitial and Incremental Load TestingValidate data using SQL queries and verify results against business expectationsPerform data reconciliation between source and target systemsCollaborate with data architects and engineering teams to ensure data quality and integrityParticipate in enterprise-level projects, preferably within the E-commerce domainProvide regular status reports and act as a proactive problem solverCoordinate between onshore and offshore teams for smooth testing executionInteract with customers and work independently on daily deliverablesDemonstrate flexibility and ownership throughout the project lifecycleRequired Skills & Qualifications8–10 years of experience in QA and ETL/Data TestingStrong knowledge of data warehousing concepts including:Dimensional modelingStar and snowflake schemasFacts and dimensionsHands-on experience in database validation using SQLStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in large enterprise environmentsAbility to lead teams in an onsite–offshore delivery modelGood to HaveDomain experience in E-commerce / Online Shopping / Sales & StoresExperience working with large-scale data platforms
