Responsibilities include: Diagnose and repair equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and written procedures.Maintain equipment logs, repair data and shift status pass-downs.Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment.Support the equipment section with other responsibilities as needed.Become certified on a variety of tool types.Work with counterparts within engineering department and other departments to meet quality and manufacturing goals. Requirements: Maintenance and repair of complex electronic and mechanical systems.Analyze tool performance data to detect problems and suggest improvements.Attention to detail and strong quality of workmanship imperative.Communication within your team and cooperation with MFG and Process to ensure no interruption to production.Great Work Ethic and ability to pick up on new things.Multitasking and handling stressful environments with ability to juggle multiple items and requests.Mechanical and equipment troubleshooting related experience encouraged: Automotive, Home Appliance Repair, Electrical work all accepted. Work Location & Schedule:This position operates on-site at our Camas, Washington location. Position typically assigned to a 12-hour day or night shift compressed work week schedule with 3 days on one week and 4 days on the next. This position will potentially be for night shift. Pay Transparency & Other Compensation:At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $23.55 and $31.24 per hour. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $23.55 - $33.85 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC’s total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance. Work Location & Schedule:This position operates on-site at our Camas, Washington location. Position typically assigned to a 12-hour day or night shift compressed work week schedule with 3 days on one week and 4 days on the next. This position will potentially be for night shift. Pay Transparency & Other Compensation:At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $23.55 and $31.24 per hour. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $23.55 - $33.85 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC’s total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.
