1. Through troubleshooting, maintenance ...etc., ensure the normal operation of the equipment to meet production needs2. Maintain the stability of the equipment, reduce process defects, and increase the yield3. Assist process engineers to investigate and solve related problems4. Select, install, and hand over the process equipments on time to meet capacity needs5. Continuously improve production efficiency by improving equipment performance6. Write down your own accumulated experience and methods to deal with abnormalities ,and teach other relevant personnel7. Compile various equipment-related operating instructions, formulate training plans, complete the training of personnel in the manufacturing department, and improve the performance of manufacturing team8. In accordance with the requirements of the quality/information security management system, comply with relevant management regulations, keep the company’s corporate secrets, and be responsible for the quality/information security of this position
