Role Summary The EOR Operations Executive is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle for Employer of Record (EOR) staff, including payroll processing, statutory compliance, client billing, onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations. This role ensures all EOR employees are legally employed, paid accurately and on time, and supported in compliance with Malaysian labor laws, while maintaining strong service delivery to clients.Key Responsibilities1. Payroll & Statutory ComplianceProcess monthly payroll for all EOR employeesCalculate and submit EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCBGenerate payslips and payroll reportsHandle salary adjustments, overtime, allowances, and reimbursementsEnsure timely salary disbursementPrepare payroll data for audits and inspections2. Billing & InvoicingPrepare monthly client invoicesProvide cost breakdown per headcountTrack payments and follow up on outstanding balancesSupport cash flow and payroll funding planningMaintain billing records and reports3. Onboarding & DocumentationIssue employment contracts and offer lettersCollect NRIC/passport, bank details, and tax infoRegister employees for EPF, SOCSO, and EISCoordinate onboarding schedulesMaintain employee files and HR records4. HR AdministrationManage leave, attendance, and HR documentationProcess contract amendments and renewalsSupport insurance and benefits enrollmentMaintain employee records in compliance with PDPA5.
