What you will do
- Responsible for all quality stage gate processes for the new product launch at Arlington TX site
- Work closely with contract manufacturing (CM) partner to meet or beat daily quality goals on first pass yield/finish yield driving continuous improvement projects
- Audit CM\u2019s QMS system to identify gaps as appropriate and implement action plan to close the findings
- Manage supplier corrective action reporting for non-conformities and noncompliance of Enphase approved products/processes.
- Share poke yoke/best practice implementation across other site for collaboration and cross factory process improvement opportunities.
Who You Are and What you bring
- BS/MS in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/Industrial/Mechanical) along with 10+ years of technical manufacturing experience on SMA/SMT technologies with repair and troubleshooting.
- \u00A0Strong understanding and working experience on APQP, Minitab SPC, PPAP & ISO 9001/TS 16949 standards
- Experience with battery manufacturing, battery assembly, or battery-related quality engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master\u2019s degree in engineering or related technical field.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and related electronics manufacturing standards.
- Experience with battery quality standards and manufacturing requirements.
- Experience with high-volume consumer electronics, automotive, energy storage, medical devices, or other complex electro-mechanical products.
- Experience with JMP, Minitab, Python, SQL, Power BI, or similar data-analysis tools.
