About the Role

The successful candidate will teach English across KS3 & KS4, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that help students develop strong literacy, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

The role will include:

  • Teaching English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Planning and delivering engaging and academically challenging lessons

  • Preparing students for GCSE examinations

  • Encouraging students to develop confidence in reading, writing, and analysis

  • Contributing to departmental planning and curriculum development
