iCareManager (iCM) is seeking a results-driven Artificial Intelligence Manager to lead the design and execution of our AI strategy across the organization. As a core leader in our Engineering team, you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities to use AI for innovation, productivity, automation, and competitive differentiation in the long-term care and IDD services sector. You’ll manage AI initiatives from concept to deployment while working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.This is an individual contributor + leadership role. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, drive experimentation, and bring impactful AI-powered capabilities to life in a fast-paced healthcare SaaS environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement an enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned with company goals, especially around documentation automation, predictive analytics, intelligent agents, and system optimization.Identify and prioritize use cases for AI integration across Engineering, Product, and Implementation (e.g., auto-plan generation, code copilots, chatbot assistants).Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Devin-style agents), and AI coding assistants.Oversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI tools and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock, SageMaker, LlamaIndex, etc.).Collaborate with software engineers to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy AI features inside iCM’s modular EHR and care coordination platform.Develop metrics and dashboards to track AI model performance, business impact, and usage.Foster a culture of innovation, safe experimentation, and responsible AI adoption.Build external partnerships with AI vendors, research institutions, and innovation hubs.Stay ahead of AI trends and healthcare industry developments to keep our solutions competitive.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.4+ years of experience in applied AI, ML, or NLP with at least 2 years leading AI-focused initiatives or teams.Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude), prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.).Proficient in Python and cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Strong track record of turning AI/ML concepts into deployed, usable features in SaaS or production systems.Experience integrating AI with healthcare systems, CRM, ERP, or EHR software preferred.Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across departments.Preferred QualificationsExperience building and deploying RAG pipelines or agent-based AI solutions.Familiarity with DevOps, MLOps, or AI observability frameworks.Background in healthcare, life sciences, or digital health.Understanding of HIPAA, data security, and ethical AI practices in healthcare.Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Certified AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty) are a plus.BenefitsA dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.Competitive salary and benefits package.The chance to play a key role in revolutionising the healthcare technology industry.iCareManager (iCM) is seeking a results-driven Artificial Intelligence Manager to lead the design and execution of our AI strategy across the organization.
