Engineer Trainee (Hong Kong, Other/Not Applicable, HK)

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical / mechanical testing for toys and juvenile products according to international / national / client specific standard

• Complete data sheets and enter test result in BV lab

• Analyze testing data and prepare technical testing reports

• Review testing results according to international and approved testing standards

• Conducting failure analysis

• Provide instructions and guidance to juniors to perform testing procedures

• Physical works involving in manual handling and/or lifting and moving samples may be required as assigned by supervisor
  

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Physics, Materials Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline

• At least 1-year relevant experience in product quality/ product testing.

• Experience gained from commercial laboratory or toys/ premium industry highly preferred

• Familiar with international testing standards for toys & juvenile products

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
