Micron seeks a PHOTO TRACK Process Engineer to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and manage risks effectively. ## Responsibilities: * Establish and improve process conditions and technology to ensure flawless operations. * Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs through innovative solutions. * Establish and modify process management projects to achieve ambitious goals. * Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment, ensuring efficient performance. * Conduct abnormal analysis and implement improvements for a seamless production flow. ## Minimum Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a major in Engineering. * Proficient in MS Office and other analytical and planning tools. * Strong English communication skills. * Outstanding analytical and statistical skills. * Ability to work independently with a high level of curiosity and determination. ## Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in a similar engineering role. * Proven ability to successfully implement process improvements. * Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and materials evaluation. * Strong collaboration skills with a customer-centric attitude. * Dedication to ensuring safety and quality in all work processes.
