Job Responsibilities: Mechanical• Assist in designing mechanical components and systems, including 2D/3D drawings• Prepare assembly instructions and Bills of Materials (BOM)• Support equipment installation, assembly, and troubleshooting under senior guidance• Analyze mechanical issues and propose improvement solutions• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions• Maintain and update technical documentation and drawings• Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and manufacturing requirementsHydraulic• Assist in the design and optimization of hydraulic systems, including circuits and component selection• Prepare hydraulic schematics, technical drawings, and BOM• Support hydraulic system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting• Participate in system testing, performance validation, and improvements• Diagnose hydraulic issues and support corrective actions• Provide technical support to production and after-sales teams• Maintain accurate hydraulic documentation and recordsElectrical• Assist in designing electrical systems and preparing electrical schematics• Create assembly instructions and Bills of Materials (BOM)• Support electrical installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting• Assist in system testing, debugging, and performance verification• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement technical solutions• Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams• Maintain electrical drawings and technical documentationProcess• Develop assembly processes, SOPs, and work instructions based on technical requirements• Design and validate tooling, fixtures, and gauges• Optimize workstation layout to improve efficiency and quality• Participate in DFM reviews and improve product manufacturability• Troubleshoot production and assembly issues and improve processes• Monitor key quality control points to ensure product compliance• Maintain process documentation, including workflows and SOPs• Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce defectsRequirements1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related field2. 0–5 years of relevant experience; outstanding fresh graduates are encouraged to apply3. Basic knowledge in at least one domain: hydraulic systems, mechanical design, electrical systems, or manufacturing processes4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documents5. Familiar with CAD tools (2D/3D) for design and drafting (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar)6. Understanding of BOM preparation, assembly instructions, and basic engineering documentation7. Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment, systems, or production issues8. Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive learning attitude9. Good communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with internal teams and customers10. Team-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to follow established procedures and standards11. Ability to support installation, commissioning, testing, and technical improvement activities under guidance12. Willing to participate in cross-functional collaboration (engineering, production, after-sales support)13. Basic understanding of manufacturing or assembly processes is an advantage14. Willing to undergo professional training in China for 6–12 months
