Develop and implement detailed production plans to ensure seamless and efficient manufacturing processes. 2\. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine prioritization, optimizing workflow and efficiency. 3\. Monitor and analyze production data to identify and address potential issues, ensuring timely and flawless delivery of products. 4\. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, using proven methodologies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. 5\. Able to create a suitable model of real production line and provide strategy. 6\. Planning weekly wafer start. 7\. Planning weekly pace. 8\. Planning weekly fab out. 9\. Communication on weekly inventory levels and Fab output to SIC. 10\. Identify line knowledge gap through production leadership training. 11\. Working closely with Area Engineers in analysis and optimization of area constraints. 12\. Creation and validation of production indices/metrics and reports. 13\. Make a cycle time control plan to meet BP. 14\. NPI cycle time plan to support TTMCY.
