- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in a Level IV trauma center.
- Manage 12-hour physician coverage shifts, including evaluation, treatment, and stabilization of acute conditions.
- Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) during 10-hour APP coverage shifts.
- Coordinate with specialty backup services including OB/GYN, Cardiology, Orthopedic, General Surgery, Urology, and Rehabilitation.
- Document all patient encounters in Medhost EMR and adhere to hospital protocols and quality standards.
