About the TeamBloomberg’s Legal and Compliance Department plays a critical role in supporting our businesses and operations around the world. The team partners closely with Legal, Human Resources, and business stakeholders to promote a strong culture of integrity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Through a risk-based approach, the function helps identify, assess, and address potential employee conduct risks across the firm. Role overview:The Electronic Communications Surveillance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and investigating employee electronic communications to identify potential violations of regulatory requirements, firm policies, market conduct rules, and ethical standards.
