Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. 職務概要 当社EHS（Environment, Health & Safety）部門の一員として、世界最先端の半導体製造施設における安全管理業務を担当していただきます。本ポジションでは、設備運転、保守、改造工事、建設プロジェクトなど、多様な業務に関わる安全リスクの低減を通じて、従業員および請負業者が安心して働ける職場環境の実現を推進します。Micronではグローバル共通の高い安全基準を採用しており、国内外の専門家との連携を通じて、最先端の安全管理手法やベストプラクティスを学びながら成長できる環境があります。また、安全を単なる法令遵守に留めるのではなく、事業継続や組織文化の重要な基盤として捉え、現場に近い立場から事業に貢献できることも、本ポジションの大きな魅力です。世界レベルの製造現場で経験を積みながら、自身の専門性を高め、安全文化の構築に主体的に関わりたい方を歓迎します。 主な業務内容 * 生産装置に関する安全基準・手順の策定、維持、改善 * 装置の新規導入、改造、移設、撤去時における安全レビューおよびリスクアセスメント * 労働安全衛生法、機械安全・電気安全関連法令および社内EHS基準に基づくコンプライアンス対応 * エネルギー遮断（LOTO）、電気作業、可動部・インターロック等の装置安全管理 * 装置起因の事故・ヒヤリハットの調査、原因分析および再発防止策の立案 * 装置メーカー、設備エンジニア、製造部門との連携による安全対策の検討・実装 * 生産装置に関する安全作業手順書（SOP）のレビューおよび運用支援 * 装置作業に関わる従業員・請負業者への安全教育・トレーニングの企画・実施 * グローバルEHS安全基準および関連国際規格との整合性確保、社内外ステークホルダーとの連携 応募資格 * 学士号以上を有する方 * 専攻分野は問いませんが、安全管理、設備管理、建設、製造、品質、技術管理などの分野において、EHS業務に活かせる知識または実務経験を有する方 * 工学（機械・電気・建築等）、安全工学、衛生工学などの関連分野を専攻された方は歓迎します * 実務経験や専門知識により、上記と同等の能力を有すると判断できる方 * 日本語能力として、JLPT N3 以上を必須とし、N2 以上の資格保持者を歓迎 * 労働安全衛生法、設備・工事安全、請負業者管理に関する基礎知識 * 製造業・生産施設・建設／設備工事における安全管理経験 * リスクアセスメント、現場安全パトロール、事故調査の実務経験 * （歓迎） * 衛生管理者、安全管理者、建設業関連安全資格 * ISO45001 内部監査員、電気安全・機械安全関連資格 * 工場・クリーンルーム・大規模施設でのEHS経験 求める人物像 * 装置構造や作業実態を理解し、実効性のある安全対策を推進できる方 * 設備・製造・EHS 関係者と連携しながら、安全性と生産性の両立を図れる方 * 分析的思考力を持ち、リスクを論理的に整理・判断できる方 * グローバル基準や最新の装置安全技術に関心を持ち、継続的に学べる方 * 英語による簡単なコミュニケーションができる方 * コミュニケーション能力が高く、チームでの協働力がある方 Job Profile(s): Safety Engineer 2 - Safety Engineer 3 Relocation level: (TBD) Before Getting Started Please review Micron’s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
