Coordinate with IT Architecture, Demand Management, PM and QA teams during project planning and execution related to all Banking Applications. Implement changes related to the applications and engage other resources if needed. Implement data protection policies and compliance policies related to Banking applications and coordinate with IT Security. Analyze problems related to Supported banking applications and coordinate with designated vendors. Cooperate with application developers in web interfaces related to different applications. Coordinate with IT Teams during project execution related to all Banking Applications. Support development teams during implementation and transfer business knowledge. Analysis of new releases of 3rd party applications.RequirementsUniversity Degree Holder in Computing / IT or equivalent industry experience. 1-6 years of Information Technology Area experience in IT Application experience, preferably in a Banking and Finance environment. Knowledge of specific 3rd party application deployed in Bank Environment. Knowledge of Business processes supported by 3rd party applications. Knowledge of Supplier Management Process. Requirements gathering (data and process) and application solution design. Knowledge of Release and Deployment Management process.Support Dynatrace Application.
