- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Coastal Engineering, or a related discipline.
Master's degree is an advantage.
- Lead and manage all dredging operations, including capital dredging, maintenance dredging, reclamation, beach nourishment, breakwater, and port development projects.
- Develop and implement project execution plans, work schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate the deployment and utilization of dredgers, support vessels, floating equipment, and plant.
- Monitor daily production, project progress, and operational performance to achieve project targets.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor project teams, including Engineers, Superintendents, Surveyors, and Marine Supervisors.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, environmental regulations, and marine safety requirements.
- Review hydrographic surveys, dredging progress reports, and production data to optimize operations.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
- Prepare regular progress reports and present project updates to senior management and clients.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges while maintaining project objectives.
