We Are Looking For:
A qualified teacher withQTS (Qualified Teacher Status)and a degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field.
A proven track record as an excellentDrama Teacherwith experience teaching both practical performance and academic analysis to at leastKey Stage 4 (GCSE).
Experience in directing or managing school productions is highly desirable.
A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
The drive to contribute positively to the academic and co-curricular life of the school.
Salary and Benefits
Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS)for Teachers.
The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutoryInner London Pay Scale(The Inner London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately£40,317as of September 2025).
A fixedRecruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of £2,000per annum.
