Responsibilities * Product Engineering for Low Power DRAM (LPDDR) products supporting Mobile, Automotive, and Data Center applications * Develop and maintain test flows to improve yield and quality throughout NPI and HVM phases. * Perform failure analysis through data mining, tester analysis, and silicon characterization. * Drive and implement root cause fixes in collaboration with Circuit Design and Fab Process teams. * Validate circuit functionality and electrical performance across different operating conditions. * Support NPI activities, including bringup, characterization, and cross-site handover. Required Skills * Experience with EFA, PFA, Process, wafer-level testing, burn-in, reliability, test program development. * Understanding of semiconductor devices and DRAM fundamentals. * Data-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze yield, reliability, and test data. * Good understanding of IC build and semiconductor devices. * Basic programming capability. * Experience in test data analysis automation or scripting is highly desirable * Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams * Familiarity with LPDDR architecture and JEDEC specifications is a strong plus Preferred Skills * Hands-on experience with LPDDR or DRAM product engineering. * Knowledge of Process, Probe test (wafer level), burn-in boards, burn-in systems, or stress test hardware. * Experience with semiconductor test flows. * Familiarity with probe (wafer level) and backend test flows. * Experience supporting NPI ramps and manufacturing scale-up. CrossFunctional Collaboration * Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing organizations * Work with Micron Memory Japan and US Product Engineering teams * Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Process Integration, Application Engineering, and Test Solutions teams * Participate in crosssite technical alignment and handover between Taiwan, Japan, and other global teams Education * Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field * Desired: Background in VLSI, Semiconductor Physics, or Nanotechnology * Preferred: Japanese language capability is a plus Successful candidates for this position will have: * Proven ability to drive projects independently and deliver results * Strong problem solving mindset with innovative thinking * Good multitasking and organizational skills, with a servant leadership approach * Ability to work effectively in a fast paced NPI environment with evolving priorities * Strong communication skills for technical discussions and stakeholder alignment Job Profile(s): Product Development Engineer 1 - Product Development Engineer 2 Relocation level: (TBD) Before Getting Started Please review Micron’s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
