As Project manager your main responsibilities are:

1. Manage transformation project from study to execution phase
2. Own the delivery, lead the project and act on any uncertainty / risk affecting the project targets. Anticipate the next steps and enable their execution through proactive communication with your contributors
3. Define optimal project structure and governance to maximize probability of success i.e. on time, on budget, on scope delivery.
4. Document and store critical decisions , as well as their rationale, made by project stakeholders affecting the scope, timeline, budget throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Assess the best balance between Client satisfaction, Operational Risk, Value Creation, and Timeline to propose adequate solution.
6. Ensure project risks are identified, mitigated, notified to key stakeholders and regularly monitored (via Risk Register to be created at project inception and updated at each steering committee)
Steering committee should be done at least once in 6 weeks (irrespective of size of project)
7. Make sure stakeholders (End users, contributors, management, sponsors, other regions management and project team if relevant) are up to date on the project's current status and next steps at all time from initiation to closure
8. Report to management the project's progress and engage them when necessary for structural decision affecting the project scope / timeline / budget or to resolve prioritization issues
9. Track progress and agreed KPI (risk, cost, time) throughout the project lifecycle. The project closure must clearly highlight whether Project KPIs were met to enable closure.
10. Control the post project's target operating model is followed and in line with project delivery.
11. Identify and mitigate operational risks stemming for the projects via RISQ OPE matrix to be reviewed with RISQ OPE at inception of project and before go live.
12. Ensure all documentations (key working documents and exhaustive list of deliverables) related to the project are properly stored
13. Review and Validate with the Practice lead and Sponsors key project milestones & roadmap
14. Ensure PM Checklist is followed for every project executed: roadmap, deliverables agreed, clear governance…
15. Follow PPMLC requirements and ensure official project management KRIs are respected for projects tracked in Pyramid:
16. Co-ordinate to set governance with stakeholders to identify opportunities to initiate new projects.
17. Establish strong industry connections and bring-in innovations, industry's best practices, new methods of working and delivering programs through tools, process and technology.
18. Ensure Standardization of process / application transition and adherence to the process to ensure quality and effective transition.
19. Client focus- To build trustworthy and long-term client/internal partner relationships. To ensure client/internal partner acquisition and satisfaction are the central concerns of my team.
20. Collective mindset- To organize collaboration in order to find the best solutions and to promote peer support. Conflict Management-To strive to resolve conflicts fairly and sustainably. Conflict free environment that encourages collaboration and open communication.

24. Accountable for people related objectives in a sub-Business Line. Coach and mentor to enhance and strengthen team’s skills.
25. Accountable for creating and maintaining sub-Business Line budgets.

Align with Organization/Business Unit strategy and define program objectives. Responsible for governance, planning and execution of all program streams. Lead the research and initiation phase to outline the Project/Program charter, objectives, roadmap and governance model. Assign and oversee deliverables from Project Manager/Leads. Manage large projects with minimal supervision including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing phases. Develop an excellent understanding of functional requirements and product architecture by interacting with project stakeholders across business and technology teams and thereby applying it for effective results. Anticipate and highlight risks and alerts in the program and communicate effectively at right level. Perform risk management by monitoring and executing response plans. Mentor and lead project managers and team members to perform their duties effectively
