Title: Director, Payroll Advisory Location: Hybrid working with a requirement to be based on one of the following Deloitte offices (London, Bristol, or Reading). The team support clients across key areas such as payroll operational reviews (UK and global), development of payroll strategies (UK and global), vendor and/or system selection and implementation support.Examples of recent projects our Payroll & Workforce Management team have supported include reviewing a pharmaceutical organisations payroll function, system selection for a European retailer, project management of a European outsourced Payroll for a global manufacturer and development of a global payroll strategy for a global manufacturer.Our team are system and vendor agnostic which enables us to build relationships and work with the major payroll vendors providing UK and global services.We encourage consideration of flexible ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients.
