Director - AIM Control Monitoring and Testing Automation Lead

Technical Acumen & Delivery Excellence * Oversee Flawless Execution: Ensure the successful delivery of all automation and analytics projects, from conception to implementation. * Uphold the Highest Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for quality, control, and oversight across all project deliverables. * Provide Technical Guidance: Leverage your deep technical expertise to guide your team in the development of robust, scalable, and secure automation solutions. * Measure What Matters: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of your team's work and demonstrate the value of your initiatives. Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. * Experience: 15+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams in the fields of analytics, data science, or AI. * Technical Skills: * Hands-on experience with automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), intelligent automation, and workflow automation. * Understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) concepts and technologies. * Knowledge of data management, data governance, and data architecture principles. * Leadership Skills: * Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop talent. * Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale, complex projects from start to finish.
