Lead and develop a global organization supporting Remote Factory Major Module and Gas Box operations. Build a high-performing team culture focused on ownership, urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop organizational capability, succession planning, and talent strategies. Create a globally aligned operating model with standardized processes and metrics. The successful candidate will: Act as the primary leader for Remote Factory and Gas Box Factory Support globally. Balance strategic transformation with operational execution. Create a culture of proactive risk management versus reactive firefighting. Champion simplification, automation, and standardization. Develop future leaders while building a resilient, scalable organization. Serve as Lam's trusted supply chain problem solver, enabling shortage-free launches and on-time customer shipments. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field. 12+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, factory support, planning, procurement, or related functions. 7+ years of leadership experience managing global teams. Experience supporting complex manufacturing operations and global supply networks. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs and driving organizational change. Semiconductor capital equipment industry experience. Knowledge of remote manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and gas delivery systems. Strong understanding of supply planning, material management, fulfillment, logistics, and supplier management. Experience with SAP and advanced analytics platforms. Proven track record leading digital transformation initiatives. Executive-level communication and influence skills. Establish robust Hold-the-Line (HTL) processes and executive escalation mechanisms. Ensure timely escalation, resolution, and closure of launch and shipment misalignments. Ensure effective management of OBC, BKO, PBKO, and material allocation processes. Develop comprehensive risk dashboards and executive reporting mechanisms. Establish operational governance with Supplier Business Managers, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing, and Product Groups. Implement best practices for supplier visibility, shipment tracking, commitment management, and capacity recovery. Establish leading indicators and predictive metrics enabling early risk detection. Provide concise and actionable executive updates regarding shipment risk, launch readiness, and factory performance.
