Digital Solution Engineer (Security, Education)

Understand and address customer challenges across identity, devices, data, applications, and cloud environments, and design Zero Trust-based security architectures aligned with organizational goals. Experience in security, identity, device management, cloud technologies, technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or related customer-facing technology roles. Ability to translate customer risks, security requirements, and operational challenges into practical security and compliance solution architectures. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate with business leaders, technology leaders, and security stakeholders. 2+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field AND 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience. Understanding of Zero Trust principles, information protection, endpoint management, cloud security, compliance, and risk management practices. Fluency in Japanese and the ability to collaborate effectively in English within a global and cross-functional environment.
