Project Planning & Development – Architect TrackLevels: Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / ManagerAbout the RoleWe're hiring across multiple levels for our Project Planning & Development team. Whether you're a few years into your architecture career or already running your own project slate, there's a seat here — from supporting design reviews to leading full project planning and authority submissions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.What You'll Be Doing (scales with seniority)Project Planning & CoordinationSupport or lead project schedules, milestones, and resourcingWork with clients, consultants, and contractors to keep projects movingDesign DevelopmentAssist with, review, or approve architectural design proposalsMake sure designs meet regulations and project goalsFeasibility & RiskHelp with or lead feasibility studies (site potential, zoning, cost estimates)Flag risks and suggest ways to manage themAuthority ApprovalsPrepare or oversee authority submissions and liaise with government agencies to secure permitsBudget InputSupport or manage project budgets with cost consultants; suggest value-engineering ideasTeam & StakeholdersJunior levels: contribute within the teamSenior levels: lead, mentor, and act as the main point of contact for clients and consultantsSustainabilityBring in sustainable design practices where relevantLevel BreakdownExecutive / Senior ExecutiveExperience: 2–5 yearsAuthority Submission: assists with submissions under supervisionTeam Role: individual contributorAssistant ManagerExperience: 5–8 yearsAuthority Submission: handles submissions independentlyTeam Role: guides junior team membersManagerExperience: 8–10+ years, including 3+ years in a managerial roleAuthority Submission: owns the full submission process end-to-endTeam Role: leads and mentors the teamRequirementsAll levelsDegree or Master's in ArchitectureComfortable with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and project management toolsSolid grasp of construction methods, building codes, and sustainability basicsGood communicator, team player, problem-solverAssistant Manager & Manager (additional)Proven track record leading or co-leading project planning phasesExperience managing external stakeholders (clients, authorities, contractors) directlyManager level: prior people-management experience (min. 3 years)
