Lead a small team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day IT risk management activities.
Drive RCSAs and other technology risk assessments, including risk identification and control evaluation.
Maintain a clear and reliable view of Technology risks, ownership, risk strategies and accepted exposures.
Support and constructively challenge Technology teams in defining risks, assessing controls and agreeing mitigation actions.
Monitor remediation activities, escalate overdue actions and provide clear risk reporting to Technology leadership.
Ensure risks arising from BAU operations, incidents, audit findings, regulatory reviews and transformation initiatives are appropriately assessed and followed up.
Support the oversight and ongoing application of DORA and other relevant external regulatory requirements.
Coordination and close collaboration with Operational Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and other functions.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Strong hands-on experience in IT Risk Management, preferably in banking or another regulated environment.
Practical experience with RCSAs, risk registers, control assessments, risk treatment, and remediation follow-up.
Good understanding of DORA, operational resilience, data protection, technology controls, and the three lines of defense model.
Ability to translate complex Technology risks into clear business impacts and actionable management information.
Confidence to constructively challenge senior stakeholders while providing pragmatic support.
Experience leading or developing a small team.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience in regulatory or Technology compliance would be an advantage.
