Datacenter Site Due Diligence Design Manager

Coordinate and manage teams of architects, engineers, and designers and deliver projects aligned with the defined scope, schedule, and budget. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, organize tasks, and lead teams or projects. Proficiency in commercial and industrial architecture and engineering with a primary focus on datacenter design. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams in dynamic environments. Embodiment of our culture and values. Master's Degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or related field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience. Doctorate in civil engineering, architecture, construction engineering or related field OR Master's Degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction engineering, or related field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction engineering or related field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience. 4+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 4+ years' experience in project management, civil engineering specific to design and construction for mission critical or datacenter environments OR equivalent experience.
