Data Center Project Manager - Compliance

Lead and coordinate internal, external, regulatory, and customer audits (R2A), including preparation, execution, remediation planning, and follow-up activities. Conduct site inspections, compliance assessments, and operational reviews to identify risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities, driving corrective actions through closure. Own and execute Enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance (EGRC) activities, including access reviews, control validations, wireless assessments, and compliance-related tasks. Partner with site operations, engineering, security, EHS, and business stakeholders to strengthen controls, resolve compliance gaps, and improve operational efficiencies. Support onboarding of new data center facilities and maintain operational standards through regular presence in the data center environment, validating compliance with life safety, 5S, cleanliness, documentation, and Critical Environment requirements. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Experience managing or supporting compliance, governance, audit readiness, risk management, or EH&S programs within large-scale mission-critical environments. Experience supporting audits, assessments, inspections, investigations, or regulatory compliance activities. Proven ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups and drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and process improvement. Check upon hire or transfer every two years thereafter. Experience supporting compliance programs within data center, cloud, critical infrastructure, or other regulated environments. Experience with certification and audit frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, SOC, PCI, and customer audit programs. Demonstrated track record of operational excellence, risk reduction, and continuous improvement. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority. Experience supporting business continuity, emergency preparedness, environmental compliance, or operational governance programs.
