Job description
The Google Cloud Logistics Americas Operations team focuses on operating logistics and supply chains to support internal and external customers, delivering on-time, in-full performance while leveraging efficient practices and waste-reduction methodologies.
In this role, you will lead how Google Cloud optimizes daily logistics processes by incorporating current industry standards and best practices. You will drive continuous process improvement recommendations, manage operational change implementations, standardize documentation, and collaborate across partner teams. Additionally, you will initiate and oversee operational improvement efforts for Google Cloud Logistics across North America and South America, analyze operational impacts to inform enhancements, work with key stakeholders, motivate innovation across operational teams, and prepare leadership presentations highlighting operational performance. This work interacts across both data-center operations and warehouse operations environments.Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. US: $111000 - $159000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
