Daily nitty gritty things that need to be done daily:a) Daily stock statsb) Fleetingc) Auction & Parts (£500+) approvalsd) External Repairse) Stock Shortage balancingf) Management and maintenance of minimum stock levelsg) Creation of new stock, parts, and sale codesh) Production of stock and ROI reports to aid decision makingJD: Deep detailed data analysis with recommendations to senior management Knowledge of SQL, Odata and use of AI to streamline stock processes and data analysis Proactive recommendation for the purchase of stock Ability to provide detailed analysis and recommendations of gaps in the market for new product line recommendations Advanced knowledge on excel usage and formula creation for data analysis and reporting Have product knowledge and be data driven to make accurate suggestions and recommendations for the purchase of stock items Creation and maintenance of group in service prioritisation lists Upkeep and organization of cycle stock counts and full stock counts, to maintain our stock integrity Ability to source and produce data reports, with analysis to assist business decisions Ability to use automations to streamline business workflows and processes, through the use of technology like AI Creation and management of all stock codes in the system, including parts, sale, and hire stock Supply chain data analysis, with insight into key gaps within the stock and marketplace Approval of external repairs and oversight to ensure asset integrity is maintained Ability to deal with high pressure situations with other departments for stock purchase, and not buckle under pressure Ability to multitask Ability to use business requirements to create powerbi and other technical dashboards Acts in the interests of the business and the National Operations & Systems ManagerKey Skills: SQL and Odata specialist Quick Learner Ability to multitask Able to build relationships with DMs Ability to report up Integrity and Honesty Use of AI with Systems and speed up process automations Ability to build salesforce automations (not critical, but nice to have) Knows and understands English (as this is likely an outsourced role) Data driven and administrative Understand business needs to pull data and automate processes Creation of Powerbi and other dashboards High attention to detailPotentially outsourced or a bank analyst
