Brief description of the position:
In the strategic layout of a data - driven architecture, the Engineering Data Analyst plays a key role in mining data value and driving decision - making optimization. They mine data from Data Hub, use the Unified Analytics and AI Platform, offer data - based decision support to business departments, link data and business, and drive the company's innovation and efficient operation.
Key Tasks:
- Analyze business data in Data Hub using various methods. Find trends and patterns for RND domain.
- Create a scientific business KPI system. Define indicator details to reflect business status.
- Use tools like PowerBI and Posit for data visualization. Make dashboards and reports for easy access.
- Do special data analyses for business issues and projects. Support decision - making.
- Gather and analyze industry data. Compare with internal data for strategic suggestions.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business depts. on platform optimization for better data analysis.
Qualification and skills:
- a bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors like Statistics, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, and Economics.
- 5 years of experience in data analysis, including 3 years of experience in analyzing complex business scenarios. Be proficient in using tools such as SQL, Python, and R.
- Master statistical knowledge and have data mining capabilities.
