Job description
Your key responsibilities
- Define product roadmap for data pipelines, ML models, and analytics dashboards.
- Gather user requirements from underwriters, actuaries, and risk consultants.
- Prioritize backlog based on business impact, risk value, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with data engineers and ML specialists to prototype and iterate.
- Oversee product delivery, validate feature quality through metrics and user feedback.
- Evangelize AI-driven products internally and with client stakeholders.
What you bring
- 5+ years in product ownership, management, or consulting in data/AI domains.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, ML lifecycle, and cloud ecosystems.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, able to translate business needs to technical teams.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
