Data&AI Cloud Solution Architect

Engage with customer IT and business leaders to understand their data estate, business priorities and AI ambitions, and design secure, scalable Data and AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. Lead architecture design sessions, develop Data and AI roadmaps, and drive proof of concepts, minimum viable products and production deployments that support long-term technical viability and accelerate AI adoption. Own end-to-end technical delivery outcomes in collaboration with the Customer Success Account Manager, including customer success and consumption plans aligned to business and AI transformation objectives. Apply reusable intellectual property and execution approaches to accelerate adoption, Azure consumption and successful customer deployments, including delivery oversight and escalation support for relevant Factory engagements. Drive the health, resiliency, security, governance and optimization of mission-critical data workloads, enabling customers to build trusted foundations for enterprise-scale AI solutions. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND several years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting; OR equivalent experience Fluency in Finnish language Proven experience leading customer-facing Data and AI engagements from architecture through production deployment. Experience helping enterprise customers modernize data estates, establish data governance practices and accelerate AI adoption through modern data platforms.
