Responsibilities What You’ll Be DoingLead onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementationProvide training and guidance to help customers integrate OX into their workflowsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersAct as a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers throughout their lifecycleHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective mannerCollaborate with Product and Engineering to address complex challenges and improve the productMonitor customer usage, drive adoption, and identify opportunities for growth (retention, upsell, cross-sell)Partner closely with Sales to ensure long-term customer success Requirements What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role in a SaaS companyExperience in cybersecurity / application security - strong advantageAbility to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneouslyStrong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex environmentsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProblem-solving mindset with a strategic approachComfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environmentBonus Points ForExperience working with enterprise customersBackground in DevSecOps / SDLC / application securityExperience working cross-functionally with Product and EngineeringPassion for cybersecurity and working with technical productsDescription Ox Security secures the AI-driven SDLC from prompt to production.
