Customer Services Officer (2027 Campus Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily counter operations, customer inquiries and documentation tasks at the branches.
• Conduct product selling and client referral as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fresh graduates who graduate (or will graduate) between 1 January 2026 and 31 July 2027 without any full-time work experience after graduation.
• Strong sales and service orientation with outgoing personality and good communication skills.
• Responsible with strong team spirit.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.
