  • Project Management & Timing: Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet cost, quality, and scheduling objectives.
  • APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning): Develop control plans, PFMEA, and process flow diagrams to align with customer quality requirements.
  • PPAP (Production Part Approval Process): Prepare and submit PPAP packages, including validation results, to customers.
  • Process & Quality Engineering: Analyze process data, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements to production processes.
  • Technical Documentation & Change Control: Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Process Change Notices (PCN).
