The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and supporting project execution from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities Responsible for ABWF, A&A, fitting-out, building works, and project execution. Provide on-site engineering support during the construction phase and propose appropriate construction methods for site activities. Monitor work progress and coordinate daily construction activities on site. Review subcontractors' shop drawings, technical submissions, and material submissions before client approval. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure technical, quality, and safety requirements are achieved. Manage site quality control, including work schedules, progress monitoring, materials, equipment, and site resources. Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and safety standards. Requirements Degree in Engineering, Building Studies, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ABWF, A&A, fitting-out, building works, or construction projects. Strong understanding of construction methodology, site coordination, and project execution. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and safety awareness. Good communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Experience with main contractors will be an advantage. Preferred Skills Knowledge of shop drawing review, material submissions, and quality control procedures. Experience in site supervision and contractor management. Familiarity with Hong Kong construction practices and safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD/BIM tools is advantageous.
