About Us:

Responsibilities:
Prepare and managepromotional landing pagesfor marketing campaigns.
Create and optimizeHTML templatesfor customer communication.
Develop and scheduleSMS campaignsto engage and retain customers.
Conductquality assurance (QA)for CRM campaigns to ensure flawless execution.
Plan, execute, and evaluatelocal market-specific CRM activitiesand campaign results.
Optimize and improveautomated customer journeys, creating new triggers and event-based communications.
Requirements:
✅Must-Have Skills:
Exceptionalattention to detailand ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strongcommunication skills(written and verbal).
Ability totrack, measure, and reporton email and SMS marketing campaign performance.
✅Nice-to-Have Skills:
BasicHTML knowledge.
Interest in thebetting and gamblingindustry.
Experience withCRM tools(e.g., Optimove, Sendgrid, or similar).
Knowledge ofemail and SMS marketing best practices.
