Corporate Services - Procurement Administrator

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement team across a range of procurement activities.
  • Support supplier onboarding processes, ,assist with contract administration, approvals and financial due diligence checks.
  • Monitor expiring contracts and support renewal and supplier review processes.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with the relevant stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate data across procurement, ERP and finance systems.
  • Raise, process and track purchase orders, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, Legal teams and internal stakeholders to support procurement objectives.
  • Produce reports and insights to support informed decision-making across the procurement function.

What you'll need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a Procurement Administrator, Purchasing Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and levels of seniority.
  • Previous experience working with suppliers and Legal teams is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good analytical skills and an understanding of how procurement activities impact the wider business.
  • Experience working with ERP, procurement or finance systems.
  • Strong Excel skills, including some experience with VLOOKUPs and other basic formulas and working with data.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build strong working relationships.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks and deliver results.
