The role focuses on capital structure optimization, financial modeling, valuation, and execution of financing and investment transactions.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning & AnalysisDevelop long-term financial models and business forecasts.Support budgeting and strategic planning processes.Analyze financial performance and identify improvement areas.2. Investment & Project EvaluationConduct feasibility studies and financial due diligence.Perform valuation analysis (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions).Evaluate capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and investment opportunities.3. Funding & Capital StructureDevelop and implement funding strategies (debt and equity).Prepare financial documentation for banks and investors.Support negotiations with financial institutions.Monitor compliance with loan covenants.4. M&A and Corporate TransactionsSupport mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and restructuring activities.Coordinate due diligence processes with advisors.Assist in transaction structuring and execution.5.
